Cute Dogs

Choosing the Right Dog for You

Are cute dogs only small ones? While everyone loves cute dogs there are many out there that will debate for hours whether or not a cute dog is only something that comes in a small package. But regardless of which one you think it is it is important that you always look to your lifestyle when you are deciding which are the best dog breeds for you and your family.

Small Dogs

Whether you are looking for a purebred dog or a mixed breed you will find that if you own a small home that a big dog is not always the best one for you. Not only are they perfect for people that are always on the go and enjoy taking their family pet along with them but also because they will not over crowd you in your small flat. Furthermore, when looking at which breed and size to get it is always important to also consider the climate. If you live in an area, or even travel to area´s that get very hot then a small dog is perfect to have around you. Not only do these small cute dogs do well while traveling but they can also take the heat a lot better.

 Smaller so they take up less room
 Travel better
 Can take the heat better

Large Dogs

While many think the best dog breeds are the smaller versions there are still more out there that prefer the larger dog breeds. One of the biggest reasons why people choose the larger cute dogs is for the feeling of safety. How many Pug guard dogs do you know? Also, while small dogs are cute they are not always easily trainable. You will find that many of the larger dog breeds are just more relaxed and therefore you are able to train them much easier. Furthermore, when it comes to the cold weather you will find that the larger dog breeds do tend to put up with the cold much better. And finally, you will find that if you are one of those families that have small children a larger dog is usually best. The reason for this is because they can take the playing better and are less apt to get hurt or angry when a child plays rough.

 Makes for great family security
 Easier to train
 Can handle the cold better
 Better for families with small children
